Alan Andrade

Alan is originally from Brazil and grew up in a big family, certified Birth & Postpartum doula and an Infant Sleep Advisor, his passion for taking care of kids began when his sister was born and it evolved while helping his aunties with their babies.

Prior to becoming a doula he was a childcare provider and parent’s helper in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2016. He is proud to provide a safe, lovely, and creative environment for children to grow happily.

Alan believes that non-judgmental listening and support enables him to better understand the family's needs. He is happy to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to pregnant people and new parents.

To date, Alan has had the pleasure of providing
postpartum support taking care of twins, performing newborn care, bottle feeding, and hygiene; taking care of the babies while the mother rests, navigating cloth diapering, and also helping with baby's laundry.
