Marcia Brito

Marcia was born in Brazil and has been living in the US since 2015. For over 14 years she worked as a nurse in different hospitals in her country specializing in ER and pediatrics. She then decided to take a training to become a birth and postpartum doula and worked for several years before immigrating to her home in the US. While in Brazil, she completed additional training specializing in breastfeeding techniques.

 

Marcia is passionate about helping families successfully navigate through their birth and postpartum journey. She strives to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to all families that she works with. Marcia is a mother of two beautiful children. Having experienced both a vaginal birth and cesarean birth, she is well aware of how to help moms through their postpartum period. Marcia is fluent in English and Portuguese.
